Professional Mediation Fee Schedule
Our mediation fee is simple and charged at a fixed rate of $280.00 per hour for two (2) parties, without regard to the nature, amount in controversy, or complexity of the case. This rate is divided by each party which is equal to $140.00 per hour per party. Only partial days or full days will be scheduled.
Partial Day Fees
Fees are $560 per party for 4 hours. See cancellation policy.
FULL DAY FEES
When a full day of mediation is expected, the rate is $1100.00 per party, based on eight (8) hours. See cancellation policy.
OVERTIME FEES
If the mediation extends past eight (8) hours for a full-day or four (4) hours for a partial day, then each party will be charged the hourly rate of $140.00
Special Client Needs
Please let us know if you need a venue with special accommodations such as wheelchair and/or handicap accessibility.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $500.00 or $250.00 per party will be charged to the cancelling parties for a mediation cancelled fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled mediation date. OTHERWISE, MEDIATION FEES, ONCE PAID AND SCHEDULED, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If the mediation is rescheduled and conducted, we will place cancellation fee of $500.00 towards the rescheduled mediation. We will make every prudent effort to work with you, your client, and your schedule.
