Drawing on my background in nonprofit management, education, public service, and construction, I bring authentic perspective and professionalism to every mediation.
Our Story and Motivation
Gloria Mediation Services began with a simple yet powerful belief: that open, constructive dialogue can resolve even the most difficult disputes. Shortly after completing formal mediation training in January 2026, I established this practice in Texas, driven by a deep commitment to helping others find practical solutions outside the courtroom. My years spent in non-profit management, education, foster care, construction, and public service have shown me that lasting change happens when all voices are genuinely heard and respected.
Rather than choosing drawn-out and costly litigation, I wanted to create a space where families, individuals, and organizations can work through contract disagreements, workplace issues, property concerns, or construction disputes efficiently and confidentially. My training, which meets all Texas ADR requirements, provided the foundation for delivering reliable and professional mediation. The mission guiding our work is clear: to empower each party to take an active role in building their own agreement, moving forward with respect and confidence. Every session is guided by the values of respect, integrity, and the belief that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and empathy, no matter how complex the dispute.
